Reviews for ProCook Gourmet Aluminium four Egg Poacher 20cm I was virtually delay this pan by the evaluates which stated eggs caught within the poaching pan. Indeed, l found this to be the case when l first used the pan as a consequence of l failed to 'stick' to the following:
1/ Only use small/ medium eggs.
2/ Only use olive or rapeseed oil to generously coat the poaching pockets until they shine(butter or different fats will lead to sticking).
3/ Only put 1cm of water within the decrease pan as a end result of anymore will lead to boiling over and the water changing into contaminated with egg white.
4/ Avoid fast boiling the water.
5/ Only do away with the eggs after they transfer easily within the poaching cups when prodded with the top of a teaspoon (taking care to steer clear of the steam unencumber holes in the pan carrier).
Using this method l have had good consequences everytime with this pan which is now in day-to-day use.
