From day one the complete factor and anything else has caught to this "amazing" pan. It now not best sticks to everything however the coating discolours too. In 30-odd yrs of cooking that is the worst purchase ever.

With the exception of 1 pan, the non-stick part has been very good with the other sticking somewhat when cooking fish. They are great because that you may warmth them up to a a ways higher temperature than usual non-stick pans, plus you have not obtained the health chance from their coating (as some distance as I am aware).
