It is a pleasant pan to cook with and really feels heavy sufficient to do the job, which it does neatly, however after only using thrice the "tough, strengthened non stick coating" has gone smooth and scratches easily, (I have at all times used a silicone rubber spatula)
I am very dissapointed with the coating doing this, I now see that despite the 10 12 months assure on the coating, it does now not quilt scratches, so I dont understand what this guarantee is about?
